1. Order Acceptance

  • All orders placed on GameXQatar.com are subject to confirmation and product availability.
  • In rare cases where an item is out of stock after ordering, our team will contact you to suggest an alternative or cancel the order, as per your preference.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
  • Other payment methods may be introduced in the future, and such updates will be reflected in these Terms.
  • No minimum order value is required for purchases.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Qatar using our in-house delivery team.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 4 to 6 hours; however, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Certain remote or restricted areas (including military bases, industrial zones, and oil facilities) may not be serviceable. In such cases, you may be asked to provide an alternate delivery address.
  • Delivery charges outside Doha are calculated on a distance (KM-based) basis.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

We value product quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of gaming and tech products, returns are limited under the following conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must have a technical, software, or functional defect to qualify.
  • If covered by warranty, we will first attempt repair or servicing. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.
  • The original invoice and packaging are required for replacement eligibility.
  • Opened, used, or physically damaged items are not eligible for return or replacement.

5. Warranty

  • If a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, this will be stated on the product page.
  • GameXQatar will assist in coordinating warranty service if needed.
  • We do not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

6. Product Use & Responsibility

  • All products sold by GameXQatar are compliant with Qatari regulations.
  • We do not sell banned or age-restricted items.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility, intended use, and proper handling before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GameXQatar.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Our maximum liability, in any case, will be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
